Our church has few members - like about 40, including kids. One senior pastor (Pastor Seong Beom Kim), associate pastor, three elders, a coodinator for youth, and church leaders.
However, this church supports youth ministry a lot. They prepare lunch likes it's a banquet every week. Our youth group coodinator, Chris Ryu and I prepare a regular weekly programs for our kids (about 20), who range from elementary to high school level.
Sabbath afternoon programs are:
1st week: Bible Study/Discipleship Training. The youth give their service in church worship preparation, cleaning the church, greeting guests, kitchen service, and so on.
2nd week: Activities(inside) play in someone's house, games, or ping pong.
3rd week: Community Service, like visit nursing homes and other outreach activites.
4th week: Activities(outside): camping, outdoor sports such as mini baseball, hiking, etc.
Every week: Learning to play a musical instrument (45-60 mins), as well as practice an assigned song. We currently have five groups: Guitar, piano, violin, drum, vocal.
