WCKCM Day 7
Happy Sabbath day! It was a beautiful day at PUC, a perfect way to end the camp meeting week. VBS performed for their parents at Sabbath School. Junior and HS separated into their small groups. College and Young Adults discussed the veracity of the Bible, led by Pastor Chris Chung.
Young Adults and EMA joined for Divine Worship, where Pastor Taj Pacleb gave his testimony and how God used him and his wife to not just convert strangers, but their own family. Juniors and HS combined for worship with Pastor Mark Shikawa.
Afternoon was spent in fellowship, Sabbath rest and a hike to the Observatory. The Sabbath day was closed out in praise and prayer before the Talent Show. Many brave souls performed in front of parents and their friends, but there could only be 5 winners. A First prize of $200 was given to a trio of youths that brought the perfect union of classical music and hip-hop.
The Basketball Championship was a showdown between Mountain View and Living Vine Fellowship, and Mountain View took home the trophy.
