Mango Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

Sugar—amount according to preference.

Cream cheese—about one block (room temperature)

Sweetened mango pulp - 1 can or 3 cups.

Cool whip - 8oz.

Milk - 1 cup.

Water - 1 cup.

Knox unflavoured gelatin 3 small envelopes or approx 3 tbsps.

 

Method

1. Mix mango pulp, milk, coolwhip, cream cheese.

2. Boil 1 cup water and dissolve the gelatin in it.

3. Pour the dissolved gelatin mixture over the mango pulp mix. Mix well and blend it.Add sugar to sweeten according to taste.

4. Set it in an graham cracker crust pie panor baking tray and refrigerate it for 4 hrs.

5. Serve it with fruits or whipped creamon top.

설탕—적당히

크림치즈—한블락정도

맹고펄프—캔하나, 아니면3 컵

윕크림, 쿨윕—8 아운스

우유—한컵

물—한컵

잴라틴—3 봉지, 아니면3 테이블스푼

  1. 맹고펄프, 우유, 크림치즈, 쿨윕를함께섞는다.
  2. 잴라틴을물과함께끓인다.

3.   잴라틴을맹고펄프에부어함께섞는다.  원하는만큼설탕을넣는다.

4.   파이그릇에붓는다.  4시간동안냉장고에보관한다.

5.   위에과일로장식하거나윕크림을얹어도좋다.
