Pokot: July 18 - 27, 2014
There is a great need in East Pokot, Kenya, especially for medical, veterinary and children programs. We will have a mission camp to provide free medical care to all communities in and around Kapunyany and thus assist the people who cannot get proper medical services. Over 1,500 people are expected to turn up for treatment during the camp. In addition to basic medical services, we will have veterinarians treating livestock and a Vacation Bible School program for the children.
100% of the money raised will be used to purchase medical and veterinary equipment, medicine and VBS supplies. As well as pay for the transportation, food and accommodations for the missionaries in attendance.
