Quick and Easy Zucchini and Mushroom Side Dish

Ingredients:
- Half or whole zucchini sliced into half moon shapes
- 1 Small, sweet onion sliced
- About 7 mushrooms sliced (baby bella or plain white)
- Minced garlic (1 Tbs)
- Garlic powder ( ½ Tbs)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( 2-3 Tbs)
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Directions:
- Slice zucchini, onion, and mushrooms.
- Heat a medium- sized fry pan on medium- high heat with olive oil.
- Sauté the onions and the garlic for about 2 minutes
- Add in the zucchini and sauté for one minute.
- Finally, add in the mushrooms and sauté for about 3 minutes. Overall, cook until slightly tender but not mushy.
- Add in the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
- Take off heat, plate it, and toss some sesame seeds on top for appearance.
